The Concept
At the helm of the kitchen, Head Chef Antoine Beyris leads the culinary vision of Maison Wessman by Thierry Marx, under the guidance of Thierry Marx and Ricardo Silva.
Rooted in the traditions of Southwest France, his cuisine is defined by simplicity, precision, and respect for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
In close dialogue with the vineyard, each dish is designed to pair seamlessly with the wines of the Vignoble des Verdots, creating a natural harmony between glass and plate.
