Bugalys is made from 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes grown at an altitude of around 350 meters in the Pyrenees. It expresses the perfect balance between the richness of wines from the Oceanian terroir and the freshness of wines from the Haute Vallée terroir.

It is vinified exclusively in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 months, with regular bâtonnage every two weeks. Immediately enjoyable and rewarding, it serves as an engaging introduction to our wines and the beginning of what we hope will be a long journey with us.
