The Grand Vin Blanc cuvée comes from the oldest vines on the property, grown on the limestone soils of Issigeac. To make this wine exceptional, we harvest and select our grapes directly from the vines. This cuvée gains its substance and richness from fermentation and aging on lees in new barrels for 12 months.
